E-321 is seen here as it looked when new in 2006. Toyne was the unique choice for this department due to their ability to place a 1500 gallon fold-up dump tank compartment on Engine 21's ladder arm to keep it out of way of their side compartments. Since CFD serves as their primary pumper and tanker, this apparatus and it's equipment needed to be more flexible when arriving on scene.

Engine 21 is seen drafting and providing the primary pump at a working residence fire in the summer of 2011. As shown here, this rig was originally equipped with a dump tank compartment on the hydraulic ladder rack. This was later removed to lower the overall height of the truck.
