IFD Station 52 protected the Town of Acton in the farthest southeast corner of Marion County. This firehouse was originally built as the Acton Volunteer Fire Department and then Franklin Township Fire Station 552 prior to the merger with IFD. This firehouse was typically home to an engine, tanker and Wishard/IEMS ambulance.
