This apparatus was purchased new in 1995. However, it was re-chassied in 1998 due to the old chassis being highly dis-liked due to it being a high-centered, 4x4 and standard transmission.

This apparatus originally served the Archer Lodge FD in Clayton, NC prior to its purchase in 2013. The body work was done by EEI (Emergency Equipment, Inc.) of Raleigh, NC. Coincidentally, this apparatus was replaced by it's replacement at Archer Lodge, a 2008 Ferrara!
