Steuben County is a county in the northeast corner of Indiana along the Michigan and Ohio borders. The county seat and only city is Angola. This rural county is mostly flat farmland, but also includes a state park and 105 lakes of various sizes. Ten fire department protect the county's 34,586 residents (2018) and 322 square miles.
