This apparatus originally served as a construction company water tender (to water roads) from Oregon. It was purchased by KVFD in 2016 and converted to firefighting use.

Squad 35 is first-due for medical calls and also carries a set of Hurst extrication tools for vehicle accidents.
Rescue 36 - 1999 HME SFO 4x4/2000 3D (#3171) Heavy Rescue
R-36’s equipment includes a 15,000lb winch, a 4-bottle high/low pressure cascade system to fill bottles and run air tools, air bags and a full set of Holmatro extrication tools. This apparatus was purchased from Pinch, West Virginia in 2017.
