This apparatus previously served as Rescue 2069 responding from Station 1 prior to a reassignment in 2011. V.E.S.T. stands for Volunteer Emergency Service Team. This county-wide civilian organization includes volunteers that respond to incidents for traffic/crowd control and rehab services. While not connected to any one department, SWCFT houses both of their rigs for them.
