In addition to a full compliment of firefighting equipment, this apparatus is also equipped with a full set of extrication tools. Unfortunately, in February 2017, this engine caught fire while in the station and ended up being a total loss.

Former 4 Brush 3/4 Brush 1 - 1984 Ford F-250/Reading
This rig formerly served as Brush 1 and brush 3. However, it's skid unit was removed and it now fulfills utility duty and can pull either of the departments two trailers located at this station.

4 Rescue 3 - 1986 Chevy C70/EVF Medium Rescue
As mentioned above, this former pumper had it's pumps and tank removed around 2004 and was converted to a full-time rescue truck.
4 Medic 1 - 2011 International Terra Star/Braun
This is said to be the 1st ambulance built on the new Terra Star chassis. 4M1 is staffed full-time by a combination of FF/EMT and FF/Medics. In addition to it's medical equipment, the truck carries a combi-tool, shovels, brooms and other equipment for response to vehicle accidents. Heavier extrication tools are carried on Engines 2 & 3.
4 Medic 1 - 2011 International Terra Star/Braun
The new Terra Star chassis was developed to compete in the more midrange market, since Chevy/GMC stopped the 4500/5500 series, and Ford still doesn't offer a diesel for their E series. The compartments behind the cab store the crew's turnout gear and air packs.
Reserve Medic 4 (xM2) - 2003 Ford E-450/Wheeled Coach Type III
STFD's combination department includes 4 personnel at Station 1 24/7. Most of the time these crews run 2 ambulances. Medic 1 always runs out of station 1.
Scott Township Fire Department Station 2 - 12425 North Green River Road at IN-57 - Daylight
This single-engine house shares quarters with the Township Trustee's Offices (in the back). It is now home only to 4 Engine 2. The original building was constructed in 1973 with and addition in 1985.
