Jamestown is located 40 west of Indianapolis along I-74 in southwestern Boone County. Organized in 1856, this all-volunteer department includes 30 members who respond to 250 runs each year. JVFD provides Fire, Rescue and BLS protection to 30 square miles including Jamestown.
