Brown Township Station 22 - 471 Samuel Moore Parkway (Old SR-67 North)
This firehouse is attached to the Township Assessor's office on the east side of Mooresville. This station houses five full-time personnel as well as the department administration offices. Station 22 previously served as the EMS station before the two departments merged in the 1990's. 22's is now home to Engine 22, Ambulances 21 and 24 Medic 21 and Car 201. The department's unmanned Station (21) is located at 53 N Indianapolis Road just east of downtown Mooresville. It is currently home to Engine 29, Grass 22, a reserve ambulance and the department's air boat.

Engine 22 was delivered on July 1, 2020. This apparatus responds first-due for all non-medical incidents at Station 2. This well-planned rig replaced both a pumper and rescue truck.

Engine 22 responds to most vehicle accidents along IN-67 and throughout the town of Mooresville alongside the Mooresville FD.

Engine 22 carries a full compliment of hose in the rear of the truck and ground ladders in a through-the-tank setup. cross-lays are located beside the pump-panel in pull-out trays.

Ambulance 22 responds first-due at Brown Township. This apparatus is dedicated to the fallen members of Brown Township including David Sherfick.

Engine 29 - 2006 Pierce Enforcer Pumper/Tanker - 2000gpm/1500gal
For nearly 14 years, Engine 29 was first-due for Fire and Rescue calls at Station 22. It is now kept at Station 2 as a Tanker/Reserve apparatus.

This apparatus was rebuilt in-house in 2015 using a C&M truck bed, a custom, locally-built brush guard with a 12,000lb winch. They re-used the pump, tank and hose reels from the original truck and replaced the original rear dualie axles with super singles.

This apparatus is currently being upgraded in-house by department members. While still a work in progress, they have added a suspension lift and new tires/rims. Also planned are a wrap to make it look like the ambos, and additional lighting.
